John Sweeney (born 1958) is an investigative journalist who has worked for the Panorama and Newsnight programmes of the BBC. He has also written for the Observer. Subjects he has investigated subjects including mass graves in Zimbabwe, cot deaths, Scientology, North Korea, and Tommy Robinson.
